Paposcia with pineapple, the traditional Viestana recipe

Are you ready to discover one of the most delicious specialties of our land? Today, 1 April 23, we take you to discover one of the most representative dishes of Viestana and Apulian cuisine.
Paposcia con l'ananas is a typical dish of Vieste, a sandwich prepared with a pizza dough, served crunchy and stuffed with fresh pineapple, tomato, caciocavallo cheese, rocket and turkey.
