The beaches of Vieste are one of the main attractions: kilometers of coastline await you with beaches and coves for all tastes!
Marina Piccola is a bay in the center of Vieste, one of the most fascinating places.
The bay goes from Punta San Francesco to Punta Santa and is partially closed by the islet of the lighthouse.
The bay of Campi is located about 10 km south of Vieste and is surrounded by a beautiful Mediterranean landscape with Aleppo pines.
The Bay of Portogreco is a small natural "port" immersed in the verdant Mediterranean scrub.
The closest beaches to the town center and within walking distance are the San Lorenzo beach (on the north side in the direction of Peschici) and the Skiing, also called “of the castle” or “del pizzomunno” which houses the monolith symbol of Vieste (on the southern slope towards Mattinata). In the center there is instead that of Marina Piccola, while one of the most suggestive places to take a bath in the ancient village is certainly "la ripa".
Continuing south we find beautiful and wilder beaches, with gravel bottoms and transparent bottoms (Fields, Closed fist, Cala della Pergola ), up to the famous one Zagare Bay.
To the north of the country the coast is gentler and the sandy bottoms suitable for children (Scialmarino, La Chianca, Crovatic)
