Immersed in the centuries-old olive groves of the Padre Pio estate, Cinzia, wine producer and sommelier, will accompany you on a journey through aromas and scents to discover the Gargano area, through the tasting of 3 glasses of wine, with insights into the history, the vines and the winemaking processes of local wines. Everything is accompanied by typical local products at Km 0 (cured meats, cheeses, bruschetta and the Chef's fantasies) and the inevitable Gargano extra virgin olive oil. At the end of the tasting, visit the Merinum Cellars and walk at sunset in the vineyard located at the foot of the Umbra Forest, a UNESCO heritage site.
