Almost all the beaches around Vieste are wide and deep and it will therefore be easy to find a place that suits your needs. On these beaches the crowding and confusion, typical of other seaside resorts, are rarely a problem. The closest beaches to the town center and within walking distance are the San Lorenzo beach (on the north side in the direction of Peschici) and the Skiing, also known as “of the castle” (on the southern slope towards Mattinata).
