The Typical Vecchia Vieste Restaurant was born in 1981 after a careful and accurate conservative restoration of the premises, by the master stonemasons of Monte Sant'Angelo who already boasted the restoration of the Swabian Castle of Manfredonia.
These premises, originally in the medieval period were used as a guard post and housed horses and soldiers with the task of guarding the south gate of the inner walls of the fortified town. And even now you can magically breathe the fabulous feeling of that era.
