The Narrow Beach, known by the people of Vieste as Bay of Pigs, is a small and wild cove located north of Vieste, along the coast leading to Peschici. A truly hidden gem, nestled between rocks, Mediterranean scrub, and a shady pine forest that makes it intimate and secluded.
The beach is about 50 meters long and is characterized by a very large dune of fine sand which accompanies the access to the sea. The descent is steep but once you arrive, you are rewarded by a clear sea and a shallow, sandy bottom, ideal for those seeking a little privacy.
Completely free and without any services, Spiaggia Stretta is perfect for those seeking tranquility and unspoiled nature. Thanks to its location, it is well sheltered from the south winds, becoming an ideal refuge especially on Sirocco days.
It is located between the Chianca e Crovatic, and can be reached from the Vieste–Peschici Provincial Road, although parking is not easy. A little paradise for those who love the most authentic side of the Vieste coast.
