Active until October with two weekly frequencies (Tuesday and Saturday), this connection represents a great opportunity for German and Central European tourists who wish to visit Vieste and Gargano, one of the most fascinating destinations in Puglia.
A strategic link for tourism
Foggia Airport is expanding its network of destinations, adding Munich to the flights already operating to Milan Linate, Milan Bergamo, Turin and Venice. This new route will simplify travel for travelers from Germany, making Gargano even more accessible.
Bari airport is also a good option for those arriving from abroad, thanks to its numerous international connections. For those who want to explore the spiritual soul of Gargano, unmissable stops are Monte Sant'Angelo, with the famous sanctuary of San Michele Arcangelo, and San Giovanni Rotondo, a pilgrimage destination for the faithful of Padre Pio.
From the breathtaking landscapes of the Umbra Forest to the coasts sculpted by the wind and the sea, Gargano knows how to surprise every visitor with its authenticity and its thousand-year history. With the new air connection, it will be even easier to be conquered by the charm of this corner of Puglia.
