Led by an environmental educator, participants will explore the wave-shaped vineyard and the Mediterranean scrub, observing the plants, colors, and scents typical of the area. The experience includes hands-on activities such as creating a small herbarium (Naturario), learning to recognize flowers, leaves, and native species.
