COLLATERAL MARIS is back, an art and culture festival which in previous editions was held in conjunction with the religious feast of the Madonna Stella Maris, protector of sailors with the characteristic boat procession towards the Vieste lighthouse, which unfortunately won't be there this year.
However, the third edition of COLLATERAL MARIS will take place, bringing with it an important message enclosed in the word/theme of this 2020.
RELEASE, a Latin term with multiple interpretations that well describes the moods and the state of things of this incredibly complex historical period we are experiencing.
Limited but fundamental edition, where all events with the public will be subject to reservation and contribution and will take place with a limited number of people in order to guarantee their performance according to the health parameters in force on the subject.
An edition that we couldn't cancel, just to celebrate Our Lady of the Sea in our own way, who this year won't go down to dance at the port and eat fried fish with all of us.
To lift, to relieve but also to make known, to bring to light.
