The bay of Campi is located about 10 km south of Vieste and is surrounded by a beautiful Mediterranean landscape with Aleppo pines. Here we find a beautiful pebble beach 500 meters long, with a deep seabed, while two islets are also housed in the center of the bay. The beach is very popular with divers who make it a prime destination for their dives. Very often it is a stopping place for boats that offer guided tours of the sea caves , in fact, in the surroundings of the Baia di Campi there are also some of the most fascinating caves of the Gargano coast: the Calda cave, so called for the hot water springs, the Sfondata cave, with an upper opening from where the Aleppo pines are reflected in the emerald waters, the Smugglers' cave (with double exit to facilitate escapes) and the Campana Piccola cave. The bay of fields can be reached, as well as by sea, through a tourist structure with the same name (at the discretion of the structure) or thanks to a steep road (not suitable for small children and the elderly).
