The project, founded by Mauro De Palo, focuses on the protection of 118 centuries-old olive trees located in Località Calma, in Vieste, in the heart of the Gargano National Park. Adopting one of these majestic trees means taking a concrete step towards sustainability, obtaining in exchange extra virgin olive oil of high quality of the Ogliarola Garganica variety.
Each adopted olive tree is cared for following the principles of organic farming, with a strong respect for the environment and a commitment to preserving biodiversity. The contributions from the adoption are used in the maintenance and protection of these extraordinary trees, which represent living symbols of the history of Puglia.
How Adoption Works
